Birth pool rental
If you are interested in renting our birth pool please contact us. The price is €150, you get the pool for a period of 5 weeks (starting at 37th week of pregnancy). We are located in Santarem and Alcobaça, in a range of 20km we deliver for free, also you can pick it up for free. If you are further away we can send it by post but the delivery costs are for you. If you rent the birth pool a pump, hose and liner (interior cover) are included. After use you simply throw away the liner. We do not take reasonability for incorrect use, we will include proper instructions.

Se está interessada em alugar a nossa piscina de parto, entre em contato conosco. O preço é de 150€, receberá a piscina por um período de 5 semanas (a partir da 37ª semana de gestação). Entregamos gratuitamente num raio de 20km de Santarém e Alcobaça (pode ser levantada por si, se assim o desejar). Fora desta área, os custos de envio são acrescidos. O aluguer da piscina traz incluída uma bomba, mangueira e forro (cobertura interna).

He will prepare 7 frozen dinners that are easy to finish at home, either in the oven or a pan. It will be super easy to heat up, even while holding a baby and only using one hand, really we promise! Only in Leiria and Santarem.

Este é o Chef Domingo, pai de 4 filhos. Ele sabe mesmo preparar uma refeição nutritiva e deliciosa para uma mulher em pós-parto - podem perguntar à sua mulher! Ele prepara 7 jantares congelados fáceis de terminar em casa, seja no fogão ou no forno. Vai ser super fácil de aquecer, mesmo com o bebé ao colo (uma grande promessa!). Este serviço está apenas disponível na mesma área acima descrita, zona de Leiria e Santarém.

I am Susana Fialho, mother of 3 beautiful beings who light up my life, Doula and Guardian of the Feminine.
The connection with nature and its cycles allows a great understanding of who we are. Every woman is beautiful, wonderful, creative, sufficient and worthy of all the good things the universe has to give her!
The process of creating a new being is very exhausting and demands a lot from all of us physically, mentally and spiritually. And I, as a Doula, will be by your side to support you throughout your process of empowerment and rebirth.
I am transparent, sincere, raw, loving, welcoming and a natural lover of freedom and nature. Working with women (the feminin) has increasingly brought me focus, deconstruction and certainty that the path of supporting women is my life purpose.
